TARA’s first pilot launch speed mentoring event, held in Jan. 2020 at Lazard’s offices, London.
We had 20 business leaders from across the finance and related industries. We had 20 female masters students from partner Universities. Each mentor & mentee had completed the VIA strengths assessment and were matched on their top 5 values.
Our Founder, Farah Foustok, opened the evening with the story of TARA and thanked Cyba Audi, a dear friend & Founder of Saba Consultants, for her support to create the TARA brand and storyline.
Each mentee spent 30minutes with their first mentor, followed by a brief 10mins of speed networking. This was repeated three times, allowing each mentee to connect with three inspiring leaders in industry.
